Regional Contractor – Northeast England Newcastle upon Tyne with travel to sites across Northeast Salary from 30k – 40k plus car allowance + bonus

An opportunity to join a successful regional main contractor who are expanding their commercial team due to winning several new contracts due to start early 2023. This company are well established and are market leaders in the northeast. Operating across a number of sectors including commercial, residential, education this opportunity would certainly offer plenty of scope for variance. The company mainly focus on refurbishment projects along with some new build.

 
I’m looking for an Assistant to intermediate QS as my client is open to considering candidates with different levels of experience. What’s important is being able to demonstrate experience of running social housing refurbishment projects for a Main Contractor.

 
It will be your responsibility to look after 3 projects at any one time up to the value of 250k. You will be based in the office in Newcastle within the commercial team and be expected to travel to regional sites as and when required to undertake valuations, attend meetings etc.
