Our client is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join their successful team in Jesmond.

Job description

You will preferably be an experienced Supervisor or a Senior Negotiator ready to take the next step in your career.

 

The qualities and experience we are looking for are:

  • A full driving licence is essential
  • Experience and knowledge in Lettings
  • Strong understanding of tenancy agreements and renewals
  • Successful track record of valuations and listing conversions
  • Proven track record in generating new business
  • Good mentoring and training skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Ability to manage the office in the Branch Managers absence
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ideally have some experience and knowledge of sales
  • Computer literate and have good administration skills
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Full Time position
