With an ever expanding portfolio of new clients, my client have decided that they need to set up a dedicated support desk to support the developers and help with any internal software issues that arise. As well as the required support, they would look for someone to be able to implement procedures and SLAs. You will need to have a good technical knowledge with at least a basic knowledge of programming languages to be able to support the product and have a good knowledge of SQL queries. This department will expand and the suitable applicant will have the right attitude to eventually lead a team.
