The Role

You will be required to provide application configuration, support & development on some of the main service management tools whilst providing support in an ITIL environment you will become an expert in your field and further down the line be required to write and keep documentation to make sure that policies and standards are adhered to. As well as keeping abreast of all new technologies you will also become more familiar with all internal products.

 

You will need experience of:

  • Previous applications support background
  • Development configuration and support of Service Desk/Management toolsets.
  • Ideally some experience with ISO or ITIL environments
  • An ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong service background
