The Role
Doing either 1st or 2nd level support will be the main areas that you will get involved in. Being a complicated bit of software there will be a learning curve, but that will be supported with plenty of training. Once you have learnt the product there will be further opportunities to progress.
The product is fairly SQL based so a good knowledge in that area is helpful, but other software knowledge will make it easy to pick that up. Good customer skills is essential!!
Required Skills
You will need experience of:
- Software knowledge ideally SQL
- Strong customer service skills and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Windows and desktop support
