BMC Recruitment are delighted to be assisting a well established business in the Newcastle upon Tyne area with the recruitment of an Administration Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

Heading up the administration team you will be responsible for carrying out key account administrations across the business. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. Salary £27K - £30K
Key responsibilities:

  • Management of the administration team
  • Review, produce and submit tender responses
  • Attend internal meetings, take minutes and follow up on any actions
  • Update and maintain accreditations
  • Create sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
  • Book training requirements as needed and update training matrix
  • Produce service reports
  • Check timesheets are entered correctly and allowances and holidays reconcile
  • Respond to inbound enquiries
  • Produce reports and analysis as needed
  • Book hotel and travel arrangements
  • Assist other departments in any administration requirements / holiday cover

Essential criteria:

  • Computer skills (Microsoft package as a minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous Administration experience
